Ate here over the weekend while at The Venue. Service was wonderful. The prices are pretty usual when it comes to specialty pizzas at a local joint. All one size but they're very large pizzas and the ingredients seemed fresh. Been craving that southern heat pizza since

Uncle nicks pizza is great! They use delicious, high quality fresh ingredients. I love how the whole pizza was completely covered with the smaller/thicker pepperonis. Also, my wife has a gluten allergy but the flour Nicks uses isn't processed the same way crappy flour is, she didn't have any reaction after eating it. His homemade marinara and crusts are delicious.

For anyone in tuscaloosa, the venue is a great spot for family and friends. Uncle nicks is a great addition to this venue and only adds to the enjoyment of your time. The pizza is delicious and the service is great. The crust is the star of the show to me. Light, crispy and flavorful. Looking forward to visiting and enjoying a fresh slice again. You will not be disappointed. New specialty pizzas are offered all the time so you will always have a reason to go back and try something new. Sandwiches are offered as well which i haven't tried, but I most certainly will in the near future.

Once again Dan is making amazing pizza that makes you keep wanting to come back again and again. His dough is unmatched in Tuscaloosa. It's light, airy, chewy and crispy all at the same time. His ingredients are always fresh and treated with love. Keep up the great work!

Best pizza in Tuscaloosa! Like being home in Jersey, chillin' on the boardwalk with a slice and a Diet Coke! And Dan was great! He made my hubs a delicious pork cutlet parmigian sandwich on fresh made bread that my hubs loved. Def go try this pizza, you will be happy you did. Promise! The Venue is great conceptually, and in fact our first visit was awesome. This visit however, was notably less awesome. While the seating is great, the surrounding areas are beginning to take on a definite "we don't have enough storage" vibe. Visually unappealing items have been shoved into nearly every available corner ie: huge rolls of turf just laying around everywhere, metal barricades haphazardly placed up behind the stage area, wooden gates just propped up and/or falling over in different places. No rhyme or reason to any of it other than nobody knows where to put it all? IDK. It is not as inviting as the first time we were at The Venue just one year ago May. None of us felt like we could just sit, chill and visit together because it felt like we needed to clean the yard before we could relax in it, you know what I mean? Go for the pizza most def but, the ambience is sorely lacking until they clean up the yard.
